Divergent Path Wellness is an inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming group practice grounded in values of authenticity, honoring lived experience, and sustainable care. We specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent folks, and those navigating religious trauma or identity-related stress. We are a small, close-knit team passionate about doing meaningful work—while prioritizing authenticity and sustainability.
We’re currently seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, Psychologist) to join our growing team. If you believe therapy should support people in becoming more fully themselves—not just "fix" what's hard—you might be a great fit.

Flexible scheduling and hybrid/in-office work options
Health insurance stipend (Anthem PPO) available for clinicians with consistent caseloads (15+ sessions/week)
2% employer contribution to a Simple IRA retirement plan (no employee match required)
Administrative and billing support
Quarterly client feedback, peer consultation, and opportunities for professional growth
Values-aligned team culture with ongoing learning and collaboration
Collaborative environment for intentionally inclusive therapists to specialize and help shape the practice’s future
What We're Looking For:
Active license for independent practice - LCSW, LPC, Psychologist - in Virginia (required)
Commitment to affirming care for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients (required)
Interest in ACT, IFS, or somatic modalities (training provided for right-fit candidates)
Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients/week after ramp-up
Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
Aligned with a depth-oriented, non-pathologizing clinical lens
Open to collaboration, feedback, and building something meaningful with others
Bonus if you have experience with:
Religious/spiritual trauma
Working with Autistic and ADHD clients
